Prior to your appointment, please take a moment
to review and respond to our
pre-consultation
intake form. This will assist us in
preparing for your consultation. We welcome you to bring the
following items to the consultation:
- Pictures and swatches of your dress, and those of the
bridal party;
- Fabric swatches relevant to the wedding,
i.e., table clothes, napkins, bridal party
dresses, etc.; and
- Pictures of designs and flowers
featuring your design preferences.
If we decide to take the next step, we will
email a proposal for your review within two
weeks of the consultation. Once the proposal has
been reviewed and finalized, a contract will be
forwarded for your review.
In order to secure your wedding date, an
executed contract and 30% of the total will be
due, the balance of which will be due two weeks
before the event. All dates are reserved on a
first come first booked basis. Two weeks prior
to your wedding, we will confirm all
arrangements, delivery times and delivery
locations.
Prices
Fleur De Vie prides itself on its exotic
creative designs, created specifically to
represent the style and personality of the bride
and groom. Naturally, prices will be subject to
flowers, sizes, container choices, etc. To
provide some basic price parameters, please
review our

list.
